All the major appliances sold in the United States in 2018 are priced higher than the average for 2018, according to a new report from the Institute for Data Analysis.
This includes the most popular brands, including:The Institute for DATA Analysis found that appliances such as the stainless steel sink, granite countertop and microwave were among the most costly, with a price tag of $6,766 per unit.
The report also found that the most common type of dishwasher was among the least expensive, with the most price tags in the $5,000- to $7,000 range.
The institute, which tracks consumer prices, noted that in 2017, the average price of appliances in the U.S. was $1,828.
The institute said that while this year’s inflation rate has decreased, the inflation rate for appliances still stands at nearly 7 percent.
The average price for kitchen appliances has decreased by over $2,000.
The average cost of a stainless steel countertop is now more than $2.5 million, while the average cost for granite countertops is $2 million.
The prices for dishwashers and washing machines are also up significantly, with both appliances now at $3,000 and $2 in 2017.
The report also noted that prices for appliances in 2019 are expected to be lower, with an average of $3.15 for a countertop, and $3 for a granite counter.
This year, the institute is expecting a lower inflation rate of just over 3 percent, meaning prices for the most affordable appliances will remain lower than in 2018.
In addition to the cost of the appliances, the Institute also found the average home price for 2018 was $9,852, up from $9.9 million in 2017 and $10,719 in 2016.
The Institute for Datawatch also noted this year that the median home price increased by $2 billion.
