But while it has long been a part of Australian life, breakfast has recently become a hot topic, with more and more Australians opting for healthy alternatives.

While the term “breakfast” may not be familiar to many Australians, the term refers to the first five minutes of the morning, with meals starting to be served around 10:00am.

Eggs are a good source of protein, iron, B vitamins, and other essential nutrients.

The eggs also contain protein, calcium and vitamin D. It is also high in fibre.
